About this pop-up
This Seoul traditional culture program vividly recreates the changing of the royal palace guards from the Joseon Dynasty. It takes place in front of Daehanmun Gate at Deoksugung Palace every day except Mondays at 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM. Visitors can enjoy hands-on activities such as trying on guard uniforms, beating the drum that signals the start of the ceremony, and taking photos in traditional Joseon-era clothing.
