About this pop-up
Gwangju Busking World Cup is an international street music festival held around Chungjang-ro and May 18 Democracy Square in Dong-gu, Gwangju. Buskers from Korea and abroad present vocals, band music, acoustic performances, and other live acts while competing for the final title. Visitors can enjoy free street performances in the city center and experience Gwangju’s vibrant arts and culture scene up close.
