Ulsan Cultural Expo

The 2026 Ulsan Cultural Expo is a comprehensive cultural festival held under the slogan “My Ulsan, Our City,” exploring how residents’ everyday lives and stories become part of the city’s culture. Residents, local artists, cultural businesses, universities, and public institutions take part in planning and operating the event, while exchange programs with representatives of cultural cities across Korea promote regional cooperation. Centered on the value of “cultural governance that grows together,” the expo presents a leading cultural platform where residents shape Ulsan’s future as active participants in culture.
