About this pop-up
The 2026 Jeonju Makgeolli Festival is Jeonju’s signature autumn celebration, bringing together the city’s traditional rice wine and local food culture. Visitors can sample and purchase makgeolli brewed in Jeonju while enjoying a wide variety of dishes prepared by vendors from Samcheondong Makgeolli Alley and local restaurants. The program also features Gijeopnori folk performances, guest shows, a retro DJ party, public karaoke, the Makgeolli Challenge, and other interactive activities.
