About this pop-up

The Andong International Mask Dance Festival is Andong’s leading global festival, bringing together Korean mask dance and mask dance traditions from around the world. Visitors can enjoy performances, parades, community dance events, and the World Mask Play Competition, including Korean mask dance recognized by UNESCO as Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. In 2026, the festival presents a cultural exchange for all generations and nationalities under the themes “Memories of Masks” and “Dance for Everyone.”
