About this pop-up
Seongbuk Chaekmokkoji is a reading and culture festival created by the Seongbuk public library network and local residents. In 2026, it will be held along Seongbukcheon Stream with an outdoor library, hands-on booths, performances, a children’s play area, interactive exhibitions, photo zones, a stamp rally, and food trucks. Admission is free, and visitors are encouraged to use public transportation because there is no dedicated parking lot.
